Preston Castle Haunt

Preston Castle will open its doors for its annual Halloween Haunt on October 9, 10, 16, 17, 23, and 24, 2026, in Ione.
This nighttime walkthrough transforms the historic Preston Castle into a haunted attraction filled with eerie scenes, surprises, and scares throughout the building. The approximately 30-minute experience is open to all ages, although organizers caution that it may be too intense for younger children. Food vendors and Haunt merchandise will also be available.
General admission is $35, with entry periods from 7 PM to 8:30 PM or 8:30 PM to 10 PM. VIP admission is $50 and may be used anytime between 7 PM and 10 PM, with access to a shorter line after security. Gates open at 6:45 PM for the first entry period and close at 10 PM. Parking is free.
Preston Castle is located at 900 Palm Drive in Ione. Tickets are available online and are nonrefundable.
