Poppy Pedal

Join Amador Trail Stewardship for the 6th Annual Poppy Pedal, a community bicycle rally ride through the wildflower-lined backroads of Amador City. This all-ages event offers no-drop rides for every ability level, with 20-mile, 15-mile, and 5-mile route options through some of the most scenic spring countryside in Amador County.
After the ride, the fun continues with local food, live music, local beer and wine, bicycle games, and the popular Poppy Poker game, where riders will have a chance to win one of two new bikes. The day will also include spectator-friendly challenges like bike limbo, trackstand, and bunny hop competitions, along with native plant displays and community booths.
The 6th Annual Poppy Pedal takes place Sunday, April 26, 2026, in Amador City. The event runs from 9 AM to 3 PM, with the ride departing at 10 AM. A suggested $10 rider donation supports Amador Trail Stewardship, and RSVP is requested for participants.
