Farms of Amador Farm Tour and Dinner

September 13 All day

Farms of Amador Tour & Dinner

The Farms of Amador and Amador Farmers Market present the annual Farm Tour & Dinner, a fundraising tradition that highlights the agricultural richness of Amador County. Spend the day exploring local farms, learning about Amador’s agricultural history and future, and end the evening with a locally sourced dinner prepared by Andy’s Crossover Kitchen at the Amador Flower Farm.

The guided farm tours begin with Pansaré Cellars in Sutter Creek, one of Amador’s only certified organic vineyards, with tours at 10:30 am and 1:30 pm. Mount Echo Ranch in Ione, where six generations have raised high-quality cattle, also hosts tours at 10:30 am and 1:30 pm, with a bonus visit to the adjacent Domenico Winery and Goffinet Reservoir. Reigning Bees Apiary in Plymouth opens at 3 pm, where you can learn about raising bees and harvesting honey.

After the tours, the day concludes at the Amador Flower Farm with a Farm-to-Fork Dinner from 5:30 to 7:30 pm (gates open at 4 pm). The evening includes live music, a raffle, auction, wine and beer bar, and a menu featuring seasonal and locally sourced dishes paired with wines from Domenico Winery and Pansaré Cellars.

Tickets are $85 for adults ($75 for FOA Farm Friends) and $15 for children 13 and under. Proceeds benefit Farms of Amador’s School to Farm Experiences and School Garden Programs.
