Dancin’ in the Street

Amador City Business & Community Association invites you to another exciting season of Dancin’ in the Street, where historic Main Street in Amador City transforms into an open-air dance floor filled with live music, great food, and community spirit. The 2025 series brings three lively Saturday evenings of music, dancing, and fun in the heart of downtown. From square dancing to classic rock and brassy swing, this summer and fall lineup offers something for everyone.
All concerts take place from 6:00 to 9:00 PM in downtown Amador City. Admission is free, and guests are encouraged to bring their dancing shoes, friends, and a little bit of sparkle for a magical night under the lights.
2025 Concert Schedule:
- June 7 – The Shire Punks (Square dancing with caller Connor Maguire; all dances taught, no partner needed)
- September 27 – Highway 49 (Classic rock, funk, and groove from Darin Sexton and band)
- October 25 – The Blowbacks (High-energy, horn-driven rock, jazz, swing, and Motown)
