Amador County Historical Society Annual Barbecue

The Amador County Historical Society will host its Annual Barbecue on Sunday, June 22, 2025, beginning at 2:00 PM at the Amador County Museum, located at 225 Church Street in Jackson. Guests will enjoy BBQ steak sandwiches with sides, live music by The Babybacks, and access to local history displays.
At 2:30 PM, the museum and the historic mine model will open for tours, offering visitors a closer look at Amador County’s past. The event is a fundraiser for the Historical Society and open to both members and the general public.
