Celebrate the harvest season at Amador County’s Big Crush Harvest Wine Festival, happening from Saturday, October 5th to Sunday, October 6th, 2024. This annual festival, hosted by the Amador Vintners, provides participants the chance to explore over 45 participating wineries. Enjoy wine tastings, food pairings, live music, and special harvest activities like winery tours, barrel tastings, and witnessing the crush in action.

Tickets range from $50 to $65, with designated driver options for $20 per day. The event runs from 11 AM to 4 PM each day. Upon check-in at your selected starting winery, guests will receive a commemorative wine glass and a map to guide them through the weekend.

Participating wineries include Story Winery, Di Arie, Dobra Zemlja Winery, Helwig Winery, and many more. Brewfest 2024 Flyer

Join the Italian Benevolent Society for their annual Brewfest on Friday, September 20th, from 4 PM to midnight. Enjoy an evening filled with craft beers from Amador Brewing Company, Boring Rose Brewing Co., and Claimstake Brewing. The festivities include Salami Bingo, a cornhole tournament, and live music from Amador Sons (4 PM – 6:30 PM), The Blowbacks (6:30 PM – 9 PM), and Koolshifters (9 PM – 11:30 PM).

The event will be held at the Italian Picnic Grounds, located at 581 CA Hwy 49 in Sutter Creek.

Food trucks and vendors will be on-site, offering a variety of delicious options. Best of all, admission and parking are free! Proceeds support the Italian Benevolent Society’s High School scholarship fund.

Amador Four Fires

If you are a fan of great food and great wine then you’ll love the Amador Four Fires food and wine festival.   Four Fires celebrate different wine regions around the world.  This year, the Iberian region of Spain and France, the wines of Italy, the Rhone Valley of France, and Heritage California.   Wineries from around the Shenandoah Valley and Amador County will participate as well as local chefs and arts and craft vendors.

Brewfest

The Italian Benevolent Society presents Brewfest on Saturday, September 24th at the Italian Picnic Grounds.  Come celebrate locally made craft beer presented by Amador Brewing Company and Claimstake Brewing.  There will be lots of great events happening including salami bingo, a cornhole tourney, and of course a lot of wine and beer!  Darin Sexton & Highway 49 and Double Take will be performing.  Multiple food trucks and vendors will also be on the scene.  Brewfest starts at 3 pm and runs till 11 pm in the evening.
