Amador County Fair

Get ready for another wonderful year of entertainment, exhibits, animals, and great food at the Amador County Fair.  The 2023 fair title, “Zinfandel and Zinnias,” celebrates the award-winning heritage of Amador County viticulture and horticulture.  The fair begins Thursday, July 27th and run through Sunday, July 30th.  Tickets for the fair are $12 for adults ages 13 and older, $7 for juniors ages 7 to 12, and $9 for seniors (60 & Over).  Tickets can be purchased at the fairs ticket website or at the gate.

The fair will feature a number of ticketed entertainment and cultural events including the 2023 Hot Rod Truck Pulls on July 28th, a CCPRA Rodeo on July 29th, and the always popular Destruction Derby on July, 30th.  Also at the fair will be a wine tasting event and the kid favorite, carnival wrist band.  For more information about each and to purchase tickets, click here.

Come check out the best of Amador County Wines and celebrate the harvest at the annual Big Crush produced by Amador Vintners.  A ticket to Big Crush gives you access to vineyards, wine, and harvest activities.  You will chose from 45 member wineries (up to 5 per day) and then visit for a tasting flight, food pairings, live music, harvest activities and games, and wine education.
