Celebrate the men and women who keep us safe at the Smokechasers First Responder Fair May 21st and 22nd at the Amador County Fairgrounds.   Smokechasers will feature a host of entertainment and education options for the whole family.  Learn how to quickly and safely evacuate yourself, friends, family, your pets, and livestock in the event of a wildfire.  Learn how to make your home and property more fire resistant.   Come dunk a fire chief, pet animals, play games, listen to some great music from Golden Cadillac and John Pauling, shop the vendors and enjoy some great food, beer and wine.
