As part of the Amador Farmers Market Association, the Sutter Creek market is a certified market accepting SNAP and WIC. It’s a great way to support local farmers and artisans while enjoying the best the region has to offer.

Amador County Farm Tour and Dinner

On Sunday, May 22, 2022, The Farms of Amador and the Amador Farmers Market will present the Amador County Farm Tour and Dinner. The day starts out on a self-guided farm tour from 1 to 4:30 pm visiting Upcountry Farms, Abbondanza, and Mahoney’s Poor Farm. Then from 5:30 to 7:30 pm, enjoy farm-to-fork appetizers and dinner at the the Amador Flower Farm. Also featured will be live music, a raffle, an auction, and a wine and beer bar.

Tickets are $50 ($40 for Farms of Amador Members) and $12 for children (12 and under). All proceeds benefit the Farms of Amador School Farm Tour & School Garden programs. Plymouth Farmers Market

The Plymouth Farmers Market returns to McGee Park in Plymouth in August 2023. Starting on August 3rd and running every Thursday through September 28th, the Plymouth Farmers Market will feature the food from local restaurants and food trucks, music, produce, agricultural products, and arts and crafts. The Plymouth Farmers Market will take place from 5 pm to 8 pm.

The Plymouth Farmers Market is produced by the Amador Farmers Market Association. In 2023, the Association is producing Farmers Markets in Sutter Creek, Ione, and Plymouth. The Amador Farmers Market Association is a member of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and the California Women, Infant, & Children Food Assistant Program (WIC) and they accept payment from both programs.
