Country Line Dance Lessons

Do you know how to electric slide?  Can you do the cowboy cha cha?  How about that ol’ tush push?  Well if you don’t and want to learn (or just want to freshen up your moves), put your boots on and head on down to the Drytown Social Club to learn some new dance moves for the country club.  Amador County Recreation Agency (ACRA) presents Country Line Dance Lessons, now, first Thursday of the month.  Lessons begin at 6 pm, last one hour, and are $5.  This is open to all levels.

Calling all musical performers.  Amador County Recreation Agency (ACRA) presents Open Mic Night at the Drytown Social Club.  Come out and show us your talent.  And even if you’re not a performer, you can out and see the best of undiscovered Amador talent.  Free to participate and to attend.  Open Mic Night will happen every 2nd Thursday of the month beginning May 12th, 2022.  Future dates include June 9th and July 14th.  Performances start at 6 pm.

Gather up your team of 2-8 people and get ready to answer some trivia! The questions will cover four different categories, so everyone on your team should be able to contribute. At the end of the night, you’ll get to see how your team stacks up against the others. Who will be crowned the smartest in Amador? There is an $20 entry fee per team.  Come join the community fun for the trivia, raffles, and great prizes.  Appetizers and drink specials are also available.
