Known for their polished\, confident blend of country rock and Americana\, David Luning’s performances are both radio-ready and emotionally resonant. \n\n\n\nA rising star in California’s Americana scene\, Luning brings heartfelt songwriting and cinematic storytelling to the stage. His musical journey began after studying film scoring at Berklee College of Music\, where he discovered the powerful emotional storytelling of artists like John Prine—a discovery that continues to inspire his work today. \n\n\n\nThe David Luning Duo comes to Fiddletown on Saturday\, November 22\, 2025.  Tickets are $20 in advance or $25 at the door. Doors open at 6:30 PM and the show begins at 7 PM.  The Fiddletown Community Center is located at 14445 Fiddletown Rd. in Fiddletown.

DESCRIPTION:Once again Fiddletown is “Taking It To The Street” to celebrate their namesake\, the fiddle.  Come out to historic Fiddletown\, California for the 73rd Annual Fiddler’s Jam.  The Fiddlers’ Jam will be held on September 21st\, 2024 from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm.  This is one of the only free fiddlers jams in the entire nation.  Multiple stages will feature bluegrass bands\, open mic\, and acoustic jam sessions.  Bring your strings so you too can participate. \nIn addition to the music\, the will be a complete street festival with artisan crafts\, award-winning wine\, microbrew beer\, as well as country BBQ.  As Fiddletown is a historic mining town\, there will be gold-rush era building tours available as well. \nThe Fiddlers’ Jam is free to enter but parking is limited so please share a ride.  There will be parking available a block away.  For more information\, please visit fiddletowncc.org or send an email to info@fiddletowncc.org.
