DESCRIPTION:The Sutter Creek Farmers Market is back for 2026.  Starting on May 2nd and running every Saturday through October 17th\, the Sutter Creek Farmers Market will feature the best of agricultural\, prepared foods\, and handmade products of Amador County.  The Sutter Creek Farmers Market will take place from 8:30 am to 11:30 am. \n\n\n\nThe Sutter Creek Farmers Market is produced by the Amador Farmers Market Association.  In 2026\, the Association is also producing Farmers Markets in Ione\, Plymouth\, and Volcano.  The Amador Farmers Market Association is a member of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and the California Women\, Infant\, & Children Food Assistant Program (WIC) and they accept payment from both programs. \n\n\n\nAs the Association says\, “Meet your farmer. DESCRIPTION:The Sutter Creek Fire Dinner Dance\, better known as the Fireman’s Ball\, returns on Saturday\, September 5\, 2026\, for a Labor Day weekend tradition filled with dinner\, dancing\, raffles\, auctions\, and hometown community spirit. \n\n\n\nThis beloved Sutter Creek event begins at 5:30 PM with doors opening and a no-host bar\, followed by a tri-tip and spaghetti dinner prepared by the firehouse crew at 6:30 PM. Guests can also enjoy a homemade dessert bar\, raffle and auction opportunities throughout the evening\, and live music by Highway 49\, with dancing continuing until 10 PM. \n\n\n\nThe Fireman’s Ball is presented by the Sutter Creek Volunteer Firefighters’ Association\, Sutter Creek Community Benefit Foundation\, and Rotary Club Passport to Amador. \n\n\n\nThe 2026 Fireman’s Ball takes place Saturday\, September 5\, 2026\, from 5:30 PM to 10 PM at the Sutter Creek Fire Station on Hanford Street in Sutter Creek\, CA. \n\n\n\nTickets are $40 for adults and $15 for children 12 and under. Reserved round tables for eight are available for $350 and may be marked with your name\, business\, or organization. \n\n\n\nTickets may be purchased in person at the Sutter Creek Firehouse or online at https://www.zeffy.com/en-US/ticketing/2026-firemans-ball.
