Bill was a former USFS Hotshot and longtime campground concessionaire on Highway 88\, and he supported Amador County high schools with scholarships for more than 30 years. \n\n\n\nThe hike will take participants to Hidden Lake via Plasse. The route is approximately 4 miles in and out with 843 feet of elevation gain.
