Volunteer firefighters will handle the grills while guests choose either a grass-fed rib-eye steak or a Swingles chicken sausage\, then fill their plates with coleslaw\, Mexican-style street-corn salad\, pasta salad\, Gold Miner baked beans\, and dessert. Beer\, wine\, and other beverages will be sold on site\, gluten-free options are available\, and guitarist Javier Dillen will provide live music throughout the meal. \n\n\n\nEarly-bird tickets\, available online\, are $23 for ages 12 and up\, $12 for ages 4–11\, and free for children three and under; tickets purchased at the door are $25. SUMMARY:Knight Foundry Demonstration Days
DESCRIPTION:The Knight Foundry\, dubbed “America’s last water-powered foundry and machine shop\,” opens it doors every second Saturday for tours of the Foundry.  Come see blacksmiths using antique tools and equipment just as they would have done during the Gold Rush-era.  Learn the history of this shop that did much than just forge metal but that invented and produced mechanical works of wonder that allowed the mining industry to thrive throughout the West.  The Foundry is a special place\, listed on the National Register of Historic Places and recognized as a National Historic Mechanical Engineering Landmark and a California Registered Historical Landmark. \n\n\n\nThe Knight Foundry Second Saturday Tours are open from 10 am to 3 pm every Second Saturday of the Month.  Admission is $15 for adults 18 and old\, $5 for students age 5 to 17\, and free for children under 5.  Admission is free for Knight Foundry Alliance members and for members of a museum affiliated with the North American Reciprocal Membership program.  Tickets are sold at the door\, no reservations are necessary. \n\n\n\nThe Knight Foundry is located at 81 Eureka Street in Sutter Creek\, California.  For more information about the Foundry\, please visit their website at knightfoundry.com or contact the Foundry at 209-560-6160 or info@knightfoundry.com.

DESCRIPTION:The Amador County Junior Fair Board presents its first-ever Drive-In Movie on Carnival Hill on Friday\, June 27\, 2025\, at the Amador County Fairgrounds in Plymouth. Gates open at 7:00 PM and close at 8:00 PM\, with the movie starting promptly at 8:15 PM. Guests are invited to bring their friends\, blankets\, and lawn chairs\, or stay in their vehicles\, for an outdoor screening of the 1984 classic Footloose. \n\n\n\nAdmission is $20 per vehicle for 1–4 people\, $40 for pickups or vehicles with 5–8 people\, and $5 for walk-in guests. Pre-sale tickets are now available and recommended to ensure a spot.
