The festival is known for its welcoming atmosphere\, intimate venues\, and the chance to experience ragtime and early jazz up close. \n\n\n\nFestivities begin Friday afternoon at 4 PM and continue through Sunday afternoon with a finale concert. Special events include two featured concerts\, silent movies with live piano accompaniment at Hotel Sutter\, open piano time\, after-hours jamming\, and opportunities to meet performers throughout the weekend. \n\n\n\nEvent badges are required for most venues\, with options available for the full weekend or individual days.
