Hundreds of bright-plumed rubber ducks\, each linked to a ticket holder\, will launch upstream\, then bob and weave toward the finish line in a light-hearted chase that could send the winners home with a share of $5\,000 in cash prizes. \n\n\n\nAround the water’s edge\, the park fills with festival energy including local musicians\, food and drink vendors offer everything\, and a spread of games and craft stations keeps youngsters busy between heats. The Great Sutter Creek Duck Race is all for a good cause\, to support the Sutter Creek Community Benefit Foundation’s 2026 Monteverde Store Museum Project. \n\n\n\nAdopting a duck costs $5\, or boost your odds with five ducks for $20.
