DESCRIPTION:The Sutter Creek Farmers Market is back for 2026.  Starting on May 2nd and running every Saturday through October 17th\, the Sutter Creek Farmers Market will feature the best of agricultural\, prepared foods\, and handmade products of Amador County.  The Sutter Creek Farmers Market will take place from 8:30 am to 11:30 am. \n\n\n\nThe Sutter Creek Farmers Market is produced by the Amador Farmers Market Association.  In 2026\, the Association is also producing Farmers Markets in Ione\, Plymouth\, and Volcano.  The Amador Farmers Market Association is a member of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and the California Women\, Infant\, & Children Food Assistant Program (WIC) and they accept payment from both programs. \n\n\n\nAs the Association says\, “Meet your farmer. DESCRIPTION:The Marine Corps League Mother Lode Detachment 1080 will host the Devil Dogs & Hot Rods Autumn Classic Car Show on Saturday\, October 17\, 2026\, at the Italian Picnic Grounds in Sutter Creek. \n\n\n\nThis community car show will bring together classic cars\, veterans\, families\, vendors\, and supporters for a day honoring service and celebrating local community spirit. The event will include awards and trophies\, including Best in Show and Detachment Choice\, along with a chili cookoff\, live DJ music\, vendor booths\, and dash plaques for car show entries. \n\n\n\nThe event is free for the public to attend. Car show entry is $40 and includes one car show entry and a dash plaque. Vendor booth spaces are $50 for a 10×10 spot. Chili cookoff entry is free\, but participants are asked to complete the entry form.
