The Amador Chapter of the American Association of University Women (AAUW) presents Authors & Chocolate\, an opportunity to hear local authors discuss the books while you enjoy a spot of tea\, a tasty scone\, and a chocolate truffle. \n\n\n\nOn Sunday\, February 12\, 2023\, Sharon Strong will discuss her fourth memoir\, Burning Woman: Memoirs of an Elder.  Sharon’s memoir discusses her life as she defies the stereotype of a “senior citizen” with an installation at Burning Man\, a trek in the Himalayas\, a new love\, and use of psilocybin mushrooms. Please purchase tickets at the Amador AAUW’s website.
