DESCRIPTION:We know the folks of Camanche and Buena Vista have been good this year because Santa Claus is coming to town.  Santa and the Jackson Valley Fire Protection District will be out for three nights this holiday season to bring holiday cheer to Amador County. \n\n\n\nOn December 15th\, the Santa Patrol will be visiting Front Village and the Camanche North Shore Mobile Home Park.  On December 16th\, the Santa Patrol be heading to Back Village and on December 17th\, the Santa Patrol will be in The Oaks. SUMMARY:The Worst Best Christmas Pageant Ever
DESCRIPTION:Join the Cornerstone Church of Ione for their annual dinner theatre.  This year’s production is “The Worst Best Christmas Pageant!”.  The Nativity Play Goes Wrong! will be presented over four evenings between December 14th through the 17th.  Doors open at 5:30 pm and dinner is served at 6 pm.  The performance begins at 6:45 pm.  Dinner will be Tri-Tip\, Mac & Cheese\, mashed potatoes\, salad\, roll\, and dessert. \nTickets for the production are $25 for adults and $12 for kids.  Wednesday\, December 14th will be Kids Night.  On Kids Night\, adult tickets will be $16 and kid tickets will be just $10.  Kids Night will be a little more informal and hamburgers and hot dogs will be served as the main course.  All proceeds will benefit the Amador County Food Bank. \nFor more information please call Cornerstone Church at 209-274-4131 or to purchase tickets\, please visit www.cornerstoneione.org/events/dinner-theater-2022

SUMMARY:Jackson Fire Department Santa Patrol
DESCRIPTION:Santa returns to Jackson in 2022 to bring some joy to your local neighborhood.  The Jackson Fire Department will host their annual Santa Patrol on four different days in December.  The Santa Patrol brings the entire Fire Department out with sirens blaring\, fire fighters waving\, and\, of course\, Santa handing out delicious candy canes rolling in his Vintage 1929 Studebaker.  This year Santa will be accepting canned food donations for the Interfaith Food Bank during his visit to the different neighborhoods. \nOn December 15th\, Santa will visit the neighborhoods to the east of Highway 49\, north around Westview and south to around Hoffman.  On December 16th\, the Patrol will be east of Highway 49 up a good morning of North Main St out to Rollingwood Estates and north of Highway 88.  On December 17th\, Santa will be back west of Highway 49 covering areas around the Peek Hill neighborhood and out through French Bar Rd.  On the last day\, December 18th\, the Santa Patrol will cover south of Highway 88 and east of Highway 49 down to Terrace View.  Please see the map below for more details. \nFor more information\, please contact the Jackson Fire Department at 209-223-2147 of visit the Fire Department’s Facebook Page.

SUMMARY:Little Shop of Horrors
DESCRIPTION:Watch your fingers because Audrey II needs to be fed.  The Amador High School Dance and Musical Theatre presents Little Shop of Horrors\, the hilarious comedy about a flower shop worker who has a chance at fame and love with the help of Audrey II\, a giant\, man-eating plant.   \n\n\n\nThe Dance and Musical Theatre troupe will deliver six performances of Little Shop of Horrors.  They will have previews at 6 pm on Tuesday\, December 13th and Thursday\, December 15th and at 2 pm on December 17th.  Tickets are $5 and $10 for the family. \n\n\n\nThe opening performance is set for Saturday\, December 17th at 6 pm.  Performances will be held also be held at 6 pm on Tuesday\, December 20th and Thursday\, December 22nd. DESCRIPTION:Santa is coming to Sutter Creek.  Santa is all over Amador County this Christmas season.  And he won’t be leaving Sutter Creek out.  With the help of the Sutter Creek Fire District\, Santa will be visiting Sutter Creek for three days in December.  Along the route the Fire District will be collecting canned food for the Food Bank so bring out the cans and the kiddies for a special visit! \n\n\n\nOn December 13th\, Santa will be visiting the southern part of Sutter Creek along Old California 49.  Day 2 will be on December 15th and will cover along Shake Ridge Road to Sutter Crest\, the neighborhoods around Amador High\, and Amador City.  On the final night of Santa’s Visit\, December 16th\, Santa will visit the neighborhoods around downtown Sutter Creek.
