Christmas Delights

Celebrate the start of the holiday season in downtown Jackson at Christmas Delights, a two-night community celebration stretching the length of historic Main Street. Shops and restaurants will stay open late as visitors enjoy festive lights, holiday displays, and family activities throughout the evening.
The festivities include a tree lighting ceremony with Santa at the Firehouse at 6 PM, followed by free photos with Santa at the National Hotel. Families can enjoy free horse-drawn carriage rides, kid-friendly crafts and activities, and a variety of holiday-themed attractions located up and down the street.
Highlights also include the Christmas Light Show, the North Pole experience, and additional seasonal displays created by local organizations and businesses.
This collaborative event is brought to life by Main Street merchants, the Jackson Business Association, the Jackson Fire Department, the Jackson Economic Development Committee, the City of Jackson, and the Amador County Chamber of Commerce.
