Burn Your Own

“Burn Your Own” returns on Saturday, June 7, 2025, when Amador Fire and the Fiddletown Community Center team up for an evening barbecue at Fire Station 123 from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM. Volunteer firefighters will handle the grills while guests choose either a grass-fed rib-eye steak or a Swingles chicken sausage, then fill their plates with coleslaw, Mexican-style street-corn salad, pasta salad, Gold Miner baked beans, and dessert. Beer, wine, and other beverages will be sold on site, gluten-free options are available, and guitarist Javier Dillen will provide live music throughout the meal.
Early-bird tickets, available online, are $23 for ages 12 and up, $12 for ages 4–11, and free for children three and under; tickets purchased at the door are $25. All proceeds support the Community Center’s work to preserve Fiddletown’s historic hall and strengthen local programs. Fire Station 123 is located at 14410 Jibboom Street, Fiddletown, CA 95629.
