Knight Foundry Chicken & Pasta Dinner

Join Knight Foundry for a beautiful evening of community, connection, and giving back at their Italian Style Chicken & Pasta Dinner. This special event offers more than just a great meal, it’s an opportunity to support the preservation and future of one of Amador County’s most treasured historic landmarks.

Guests will enjoy a full Italian-style dinner including antipasta, bread, pasta, salad, chicken, dessert, and wine on the table. The evening also features a Silent Auction & Raffle with a variety of exciting prizes from local businesses, including spa services, custom artwork, and more.

All proceeds from the event directly support Knight Foundry’s restoration efforts, educational programs, and community events, helping keep this National Historic Landmark alive for future generations.

Knight Foundry Italian Style Chicken & Pasta Dinner takes place Saturday, April 18, 2026. No-host cocktails begin at 6 PM, followed by dinner at 7 PM. The event will be held at the Italian Picnic Grounds in Sutter Creek, CA.
